Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Position Summary:
Grace Pediatric Therapy Services is seeking a compassionate, dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team. The RBT will work directly with children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities, implementing individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 2–10 in home, clinic, school, and community settings.

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as designed by the supervising BCBA.

  • Collect and record accurate data on target behaviors and skill acquisition goals.

  • Support the development of social, communication, daily living, and play skills.

  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and team members.

  • Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development opportunities.

  • Maintain client confidentiality and uphold ethical standards set by the BACB.

Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB (or willingness to obtain).

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.

  • Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities strongly preferred.

  • Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Behavior Technician (BT)

Position Summary:
We’re looking for compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team! As a BT, you’ll work directly with children diagnosed with autism and developmental disabilities, implementing individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, clinic, school, or community settings.

  • Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.

  • Collect accurate data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals.

  • Collaborate with families and team members to support each child’s growth.

  • Participate in ongoing training and supervision.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or a related field preferred).

  • Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.

  • Reliable, compassionate, and eager to learn.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Must complete company-provided training and pursue RBT certification (if not already certified).
