Our Specialized Services
Individualized ABA Therapy
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an evidence-based therapeutic approach that focuses on understanding and improving meaningful behaviors. ABA services are individualized and designed to support children in building the skills they need to thrive at home, school, and in their communities.
Through the use of positive reinforcement and structured teaching, therapists help children develop skills in areas such as communication, social interaction, daily living routines, play, emotional regulation, and independence. ABA also addresses challenging behaviors by identifying their purpose and teaching safer, more effective replacement skills.
Each child’s treatment begins with a comprehensive assessment led by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). From this assessment, the BCBA creates an individualized treatment plan outlining goals based on the child’s strengths, needs, and family priorities. Highly trained Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or therapists work directly with the child to implement these goals under the ongoing supervision of the BCBA.
Family involvement is an essential part of ABA. Caregivers receive training and support to help reinforce skills in everyday life and ensure progress continues across settings. Treatment is continually monitored, with data collected during each session to guide decision-making and ensure strategies are effective.
